There are 7 Gifts of the Holy Spirit which lead to the 12 Fruits of the Holy Spirits. Many Catholics don't realize they exist yet alone pray for them. The gifts are what you need to ask God for the graces to posses. The fruits are what you want to have or practice every day. They come from having the gifts.
How many of these Fruits do you practice daily? Ask God for the graces you need. The saints obtained them through prayer, penance and fasting. Better yet, ask your Mother Mary, the Mediatrix of all Graces for what you lack.
