This "Holy Souls Bundle" has two purposes. One is to inform you about Purgatory and why or how we go there, as well as, the means to avoid it. Dante who wrote the "Inferno" was in Purgatory for 700 years! Some will continue to be tortured until the end of times. God is very generous by allowing saints to inform us why they went to Purgatory, what we can do to avoid it, and how and why we NEED to help the souls in Purgatory.
The souls in Purgatory cannot help themselves. Once you die your fate is cast and you cannot pray your way out of Purgatory. They are dependent on us to shorten and ease their pain, which is unfathomable to us.
Devotion to the Holy Souls is one of the most rewarding practices one can have and a sure way of going to Heaven. The souls will always repay your efforts a thousand fold. Once the souls enter Heaven they will pray unceasingly for protection of their benefactors from dangers and evil until you enter heaven.
